Cancellation Policy

Planted Seeds Solutions LLC does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to clients who do not reschedule or cancel an appointment for which they have registered. Once services have been rendered and digital products are received, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. There is no refund for the educational courses. If your service is appointment based you may be eligible to receive a refund for the remaining services due. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. It is the client's responsibility to comply with the established schedule. A no-show will result in the loss of the consultation fee. To complete your cancellation, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once the cancellation has been approved, you will no longer have access to the Zoom meeting. Any No-show appointment will have to be rescheduled and a new deposit must be paid.
