Frequently asked questions.
We are willing to answer any of your questions. We have answered come common ones below.
Can you explain the money back guarantee?
Legally we can not guarantee score increases or specific account deletions. HOWEVER, if you are a client for 4 consistent months and have not disputed any accounts 6 months prior to signing up for our service, you qualify for a full refund of your money paid (minus your credit analysis because that is a digital product) if we can not get any accounts removed or repaired from any of your credit reports.
What can I do to increase my credit score ?
Credit restoration is a team effort. During the start of your process you will be given a personalized credit analysis that will give you all the details that you need to improve your score. It’s very important that you are paying your bills on time, paying down credit card balances and/or building positive credit history if you do not currently have a lot of positive accounts.
How long will it take for me to see results?
We cannot give an exact time frame when you will see results because we cannot control when the credit reporting agencies will process each of the actions we take. It is a process that takes timebut we ask our clients to commit up to 6 months. Clients typically begin to see changes the first 45-60 days. Credit repair is NOT an overnight process. We also don’t advise credit score watching as it is like weight loss; it will go up one day, down another, and so forth based on actions we are doing to help reach your credit wellness.

How do I know my information is secure with you?
Does credit repair really work?
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to dispute any items on your credit reports that are inaccurate, out-dated, or unverified. If an item cannot be proved, it must be removed. What our credit experts do is look for these type of items on your credit reports and challenge them with the legal information needed, under the FCRA guidelines, to have them rectified or removed.
What can be removed from a credit report?
Any items that are reporting inaccurately,, unverifiable, or outdated including:Collections Accounts, Bankruptcies, Foreclosures, Outdated Personal Information, Tax Liens, Repossessions, Late Payments, Charge Offs, Inquiries
What happens when an account is removed?
Removing anything from your credit reports does not remove your obligation to that debt. You still are legally liable for the debt and need to settle it if it is within the statute of limitations in your state.
