When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Cancellation

CANCELLATION

If the student/client is unable to start class or services, a 100% program refund can be requested but no less than 14 days from the program start date if a student and within 14 days of the start of service if a credit consulting client. No refunds will be issued if a student/ client has logged into the course and gained access to a course within any lessons. If the student/client has not requested a refund prior to 14 days from the course start date, refunds are not applicable. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: info@plantedseedssolutions.com

Once lessons/ services have begun and any videos in the lessons are played or watched, payment is non-refundable. Planted Seeds Solutions LLC does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to students/clients who do not or cannot finish the program for which they have registered.

It is the student/client's responsibility to comply with the established schedule.

A complete no-show results in the loss of class.

To complete your cancellation, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the cancellation has been approved, you can no longer access the classes, client/student portals, or private groups. 

NO GUARANTEES

You agree that the Company has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this website succeed in their online business and otherwise. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Company.

You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
